Dr. Pascale Carbonara

Dr. Pascale Carbonara graduated from the University La Sapienza, Rome, Italy and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine/Cabrini Medical Center in New York. She practiced Internal Medicine in urban and suburban settings for over 20 years. She has always had an interest in the prevention of chronic diseases and became board certified in Obesity Medicine in 2015. She is also certified as a Health and Wellness Coach. She currently directs the Weight and Lifestyle Medicine department at Atrius Health in Boston. She is an active member of several committees to advance the field of obesity. She is passionate about clinical education on obesity as well as advocacy for equitable access to obesity care.
